We are hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for ourInternational Voice Process team inPune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. This role involves handling inbound or outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing excellent service to international clients.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Handleinbound/outbound calls for international customers (US/UK/Australia, etc.).

• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

• Update CRM/ticketing systems accurately after every interaction.

• Follow standard operating procedures and call quality guidelines.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

• Meet performance metrics like AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers or1–3 years of experience in international voice process.

• Excellentverbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work innight shifts / rotational shifts / weekends.

• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools).

🌟 Preferred/Bonus:

• Prior experience in international BPO / call center.

• Knowledge of CRM platforms or ticketing tools.

• Experience in domains liketech support,healthcare,e-commerce, ortelecom.
