Position Overview
| The Office of Audit, Risk & Compliance (OARC) provides leadership and university-wide services that strengthen accountability, identify and mitigate institutional risks, support compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and help the University of Kansas achieve its strategic objectives. The OARC Business Coordinator provides operational and project coordination support for OARC programs and initiatives. Working closely with OARC leadership, the incumbent develops and maintains tracking systems and documentation, manages communications and information resources, supports financial and administrative processes, and serves as a key resource for department stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. **This position is available only to current KU & KUMC employees** |

Required Qualifications
|
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience processing financial transactions, budgets, purchasing, reimbursements, or invoice management.
- Experience developing and maintaining tracking systems, databases, reports, or documentation using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools.
- Experience creating or maintaining websites, newsletters, communications, or informational materials for internal or external audiences.
