Contract Details

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: 11:00 AM โ€“ 8:00 PM Central Time, Mondayโ€“Friday; Saturday hours 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM (rotating Saturday schedule: 1 Saturday every 4 weeks, beginning approximately 30 days after completion of training). Training schedule: 10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM CST.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to completelife insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone outbound calls for multiple client companies. These positions are 100% remote, which includes all training. Recruiting is limited to candidates located inMissouri, Texas, and Florida only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants. Complete interview with applicant or leave a message for a return call.
  • Gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interview.
  • Review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes.
  • Use the C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make telephone calls, log call attempts, document information with orders as necessary, and record call results.
  • Learn the specific requirements stipulated by each client company.
  • Respond to the needs and requests of clients, staff, and management in a professional and expedited manner.
  • Observe all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements. This is not an exhaustive list of all of the duties and responsibilities, but rather a general description of work performed by the position.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) โ€” required for this position; bilingual experience must be clearly indicated on submission
  • Medical terminology background required
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Comfortable navigating technology

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Recruiting in Missouri, Texas, and Florida only โ€” candidates located outside these states will not be considered.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are required for this position. Please indicate bilingual experience clearly on the submission.
  • Training is 100% remote; schedule during training is 10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM CST.
  • Candidates will begin a Saturday rotation approximately 30 days after completing training (1 Saturday every 4 weeks).
  • This is acontract-to-hire opportunity (temp to hire).
