We are seeking adedicated and experienced BCBA – Behavior Services Manager to oversee behavioral services, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standard of person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, supervise, and evaluatebehavior intervention programs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Conduct comprehensivefunctional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Overseedata collection, analysis, and reporting to track client progress.
- Ensure allclinical documentation complies with HIPAA and IABA standards.
- Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to coordinate care.
- Providesupervision and training to Community Support Companions (CSCs) and support staff.
- Manageclinical operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Participate inRegional Center meetings and maintain strong community relationships.
- Prepare and managecontracts, billing reports, and budget projections.
- Leadmonthly group supervision meetings with consultants.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (M.A.) inSocial Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or progress toward certification.
- Minimum5 years of experience in human services, including2 years in management or supervision.
- Strong background innon-aversive behavior modification andFunctional Assessments.
- Experience providingcommunity-based, individualized training for adults with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- ValidCalifornia Driver’s License, DMV report, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to passDOJ and FBI background checks.
- Physical ability tolift up to 20 lbs andassist individuals with mobility (e.g., transfers, walking support).
