We are looking for Psychology students in their final semesters who are eligible to complete their mandatory professional internship

• Support the full recruitment cycle across different regions worldwide

• Lead selection processes for SENA

• Actively source talent globally

• Screen and review candidate profiles

• Conduct candidate assessments

• Write job descriptions

• Maintain and update the candidate database in our ATS

• Support the People communications area

• Strong interest in recruitment and selection

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Enthusiasm for startup culture

• Intermediate or advanced English level

• Interest in communications

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or recruitment tools is a plus
