We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have anInspections Coordinator opportunity with a nationwide leader in property preservation and field services, where you'll be part of a trusted team supporting banks, mortgage servicers, and investors with quality, compliance-driven solutions that keep communities strong.
TheInspections Coordinator is primarily responsible for reviewing inspection results for quality and accuracy prior to client submission, managing vendor and client communication, monitoring work quality through photograph inspection, and ensuring all deadlines and expectations are met.
- Review completed property inspection reports and photo documentation to verify quality, accuracy, and adherence to client standards prior to submission.
- Coordinate directly with field inspectors and third-party vendors to track timelines, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as a primary liaison for clients, answering inquiries and providing updates on inspection services with a courteous, professional approach.
- Manage workflow and status updates using internal platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Handle and document incoming emergency (ER) calls, routing critical issues to appropriate internal teams quickly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and complete general administrative tasks to support department operations.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software and internal systems.
- Positive approach to problem solving, strong analytical skills, and strong customer service skills.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- Prior experience in property preservation, field services, or inspection review.
Pay Rate Range: $18.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
