We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focusedInside/Counter Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. If you enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, solving technical challenges, and working hands-on with industrial and welding products—this role is for you.

Starting at $26/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | Day Shift | In-Person

What You’ll Do

As a key part of our store team, you will:

• Put Safety First—Always
• Deliver exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge
• Troubleshoot technical questions from customers and team members
• Support all aspects of store operations
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Step in to lead the store when the Store Manager is absent
• Build relationships as the primary in-store contact for key customers
• Assist with pricing, quotes, and occasional negotiations
• Support both inside and outside sales teams
• Assemble equipment, stock shelves, and create engaging displays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Jump in where needed—no two days are the same!

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Experience inwelding, industrial gases, or related applications (preferred)
• Retail or inside sales experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with industry products is a plus
• Comfort using handheld systems (Zebra or similar)

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the day
• Frequent use of hands and arms; occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs occasionally
• Strong visual awareness (close, distance, and depth perception)
