We are currently strengthening our Android teams working ontwo key product areas:

• InPost Mobile App – our core consumer-facing mobile application
  →fully remote role

• InPost Pay – a comprehensive e-commerce solution offering a unified platform for payment and delivery. InPost Pay allows users to pay and arrange delivery with one button on the product card, transferring the basket and order to the InPost app. 
  →hybrid model:1 day per week from the office inWarsaw or Kraków, remaining days remote

We’re looking for an experiencedSenior Android Engineer who will play a key role in shaping our mobile platform, improving processes, and delivering an outstanding native Android experience at scale.

Activities:

• Design, develop, and maintainhigh‑quality Android applications usingKotlin and Java, ensuring compatibility across multiple Android versions and device configurations
• Buildscalable, maintainable solutions usingMVVM, Clean Architecture, Android Architecture Components, Jetpack libraries, Compose, and Coroutines
• Ensure applicationperformance, reliability, and great user experience throughout the full development lifecycle
• Refactor and optimize existing codebases to improve design, readability, performance, and long‑term maintainability
• Integrate mobile applications withbackend APIs, Firebase, and third‑party services
• Writetest‑covered, production‑ready code and contribute to automated testing strategies
• Actively participate incode reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision‑making
• Collaborate closely withproduct managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Work in anAgile environment, using modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, Jira, Confluence)
• UseAI‑powered development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, whilecritically evaluating and responsibly applying AI‑generated outputs

• 5+ years of experience in Android development
• Expert knowledge of theAndroid SDK, platform versions, and device configurations
• Strong understanding ofAndroid UI/UX principles, patterns, and best practices
• Hands‑on experience withJetpack, Compose, Coroutines, MVVM, and Clean Architecture
• Proven experience developing and optimizing Android applications inKotlin and Java
• Experience withFirebase and API integrations
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• High ownership, attention to detail, and focus on delivery
• Familiarity with modern development tools and processes:Git, CI/CD, code reviews, Jira, Confluence
• English at a professional level (minimum B2)
