Delivery Driver (01563) - 667 Big Bend Blvd

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team at our Manchester, United States location (667 Big Bend Blvd). In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is completed on time and in excellent condition.

• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption
• Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights to designated locations
• Obtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as required
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking information in real-time
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
• Meet daily and weekly delivery targets while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect packages for damage before delivery and report discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and vehicle operation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and evenings
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in delivery documentation
