What you’ll do – your role in making an impact

As aPre‑Sales Engineer – Dell Technologies, you will play a key role in enabling our partners’ success by designing, positioning, and supporting end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions across the Dell portfolio.

• Support partners with pre‑sales expertise across Dell server, storage, backup, and infrastructure solutions

• Provide remote and on‑site technical support to Ingram Micro partners

• Create and validate configurations using vendor tools and best practices

• Guide partners through technical requirements, solution positioning, and architecture decisions

• Contribute to technical solution design in collaboration with Senior Engineers and Solution Architects

• Deliver and facilitate Dell‑focused technical enablement sessions and trainings for partners

• Stay current on Dell Technologies and industry trends to bring innovative thinking to every engagement

What you bring to the role – experiences and expectations

We’re looking for someone who brings both strong technical foundations and a collaborative mindset.

• Around8 years of experience working with enterprise IT technologies

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with products from specified vendor portfolio

• Solid knowledge ofserver and storage technologies and enterprise infrastructure

• Solid knowledge of Dell product portfolio

• Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in a business environment

• Professional proficiency inEnglish

• Vendor certifications and a university degree with a technical background are valued and welcomed
