Senior C++ Software Engineer

LSEG is seeking aSenior Software Engineer to join our global engineering team. In this role, you will design and deliver high-quality software solutions used by customers worldwide. You will work on large-scale systems, collaborate across teams, and contribute to modern, reliable technology platforms. About the Role:

• Design, build, and deliverend-to-end technical solutions for complex products and systems
• Lead projects withclear goals, manageable risks, and defined timelines
• Analyze and solvecomplex technical problems with limited guidance
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams including product, QA, and operations
• Contribute toarchitecture decisions and advocate for scalable, maintainable solutions
• Communicate technical concepts clearly andinfluence engineering and product decisions
• Ensure high standards forcode quality, testing, and reliability
• Deliver features that meetquality, performance, and release commitments

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in C++ (required); experience with Python is preferred; Java is a plus
• Professional software development experience in a commercial/enterprise environmen
• Designs, develops and tests software systems and/or applications for new products or feature enhancements
• Delivershigh-quality, production-ready software features , meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.
• Follow up production deployment to ensure software features get launch on production.
• Confident communicator in global meetings on status, risks, and technical topics
