We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Broker Process Specialist to join ourInvestment teamofProducts Tribe (COO Domain)

Your key responsibilities:

You will be part of theCOO Investment Products Unit Expert, where we aimto develop and control processes of investment products in a simple and efficient manner, while we have a lot of fun!

Within this expert team you will be a Broker Process Specialist, so you develop and control processes of brokerage; focused to the E2E Customer Journey, from the acquisition - onboarding phase of a brokerage client and continue in the customer experience with the purpose to handle day to day operations, process, and delivery for our retail customers. You aim at improving the efficiency process performance and identify opportunities to better serve and delight customers in the brokerage end to end processes.

You will lead the path to manage our brokerage processes with two main angles to it (1)run existing businessfrom an end-to-end perspective,covering all the different broker angles: IT systems, functionality range for the day-to-day customer transactions, measuring relevant KPIs, process  tracking and holding an active connection with business and customer teams to boost broker business.

(2) thinking long term and beyond: definition of strategy to transform the investment product processes throughintegration new technologiesinto day-to-day work, as IA tools, toimprove efficiency and scalability, with special focus on incorporating new trends and functionalities that continue to make our proposition differential in the market.

All this with maximum protection to the customer and looking for being the best in class in the demanding regulatory framework (CNMV, but not limited to)

You will report to the COO Investment Products Area Lead.

As aBroker Process Specialist of the Investment Products unit expertyou are responsible of:

  • Customer Experience: Provide thebest customer experience by challenging current operational processes and designing, mapping, constantly improving the customer journey through an end-to-end operational process view.
  • Digital Strategy: As expert in digital experience, be proactive in the identification of new capabilities in our digital platform toengage our customersand increase efficiencyof ourprocesses bringing the best experience in the moments of truth.
  • Operational excellence: Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems and procedures and in collaboration with business and customer teams, take action toensure simple and robust processes to guarantee the maximum protection to the customer and looking for being the best in class in the demanding regulatory framework.
  • Data fluency: Comprehend, define, select, and analyze data to gain insights that enhance the decision-making process. Responsible to obtain operational data, measurement relevant KPIs, analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements thatincrease customer satisfaction and cost efficiency before and after any implementation.
  • Product / partnership relations:fluent collaboration and day-to-day teamwork withpartners and suppliers steering and managing our functionalities jointly to track processes of external provider, detect opportunities and propose improvement measures that establish the effectiveness of the actions before and after any implementation.
  • Agile Delivery: Translate business needs in requirements for the implementation in the IT and change cycle. Prioritizing based on value delivery for our customers in short cycles, defining a firstMVP and improving with the feedback gathered. Strive forefficiency, reduce complexity in our definitions, pursuing forinnovative solutions. Manages dependencies,non-financial risk awareness and impediments.
  • The ability to integrate AI tools into day-to-day work to improve efficiency and scalability.

Proven track record and technical skills

  • University degree;
  • 5+ years’ professional experience in brokerage from the operational side
  • Advanced office, mainly with knowledge in Excel and Power Point;
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Some experience in regulatory context around brokerage

En ING estamos buscando un/a Broker Process Specialist
Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:
Buscamos a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Inversiones del Products Tribe (dominio COO).
Tus principales responsabilidades:
Formarás parte del equipo experto de la COO Investment Products Unit, donde nuestro objetivo es desarrollar y controlar los procesos de los productos de inversión de manera sencilla y eficiente, ¡mientras nos divertimos mucho!
Dentro de este equipo experto serásBroker Process Specialist, por lo que desarrollarás y controlarás los procesos de brokerage, con foco en elCustomer Journey E2E, desde la fase de adquisición y onboarding de una persona cliente de brokerage y continuando en la experiencia de cliente con el objetivo de gestionar las operaciones del día a día, los procesos y la entrega para nuestra clientela retail. Tu objetivo será mejorar la eficiencia del rendimiento de los procesos e identificar oportunidades para servir mejor y deleitar a las personas clientas en los procesos end to end de brokerage.
Liderarás el camino para gestionar nuestros procesos de brokerage desde dos ángulos principales:
(1)gestión del negocio actual desde una perspectiva end-to-end, cubriendo todos los diferentes ángulos del broker: sistemas IT, rango de funcionalidades para las transacciones diarias de las personas clientas, medición de KPIs relevantes, seguimiento de procesos y manteniendo una conexión activa con los equipos de negocio y de cliente para impulsar el negocio de brokerage.
(2)pensamiento a largo plazo y más allá: definición de la estrategia para transformar los procesos de productos de inversión mediante la integración de nuevas tecnologías en el trabajo diario, como herramientas de IA, para mejorar la eficiencia y la escalabilidad, con especial foco en la incorporación de nuevas tendencias y funcionalidades que sigan haciendo que nuestra propuesta sea diferencial en el mercado.
Todo ello con la máxima protección a la persona cliente y con el objetivo de ser best in class dentro del exigente marco regulatorio (CNMV, entre otros).

ComoBroker Process Specialist del equipo experto de Investment Products serás responsable de:
Customer Experience: Proporcionar la mejor experiencia de cliente cuestionando los procesos operativos actuales y diseñando, mapeando y mejorando constantemente el customer journey desde una visión operativa end-to-end.
Digital Strategy: Como persona experta en experiencia digital, ser proactiva en la identificación de nuevas capacidades en nuestra plataforma digital para involucrar a nuestra clientela y aumentar la eficiencia de nuestros procesos, ofreciendo la mejor experiencia en los momentos de la verdad.
Operational excellence: Investigar incidencias estándar utilizando los procesos, sistemas y procedimientos regulatorios y de compliance actuales y, en colaboración con los equipos de negocio y de cliente, tomar acciones para garantizar procesos sencillos y robustos que aseguren la máxima protección a la persona cliente y aspiren a ser best in class dentro del exigente marco regulatorio.
Data fluency: Comprender, definir, seleccionar y analizar datos para obtener insights que mejoren la toma de decisiones. Ser responsable de obtener datos operativos, medir KPIs relevantes y analizar evoluciones, tendencias y volúmenes, buscando mejoras que incrementen la satisfacción de la clientela y la eficiencia de costes antes y después de cualquier implementación.
Product / partnership relations: Colaboración fluida y trabajo en equipo diario con partners y proveedores/as, dirigiendo y gestionando conjuntamente nuestras funcionalidades para hacer seguimiento de los procesos del proveedor externo, detectar oportunidades y proponer medidas de mejora que establezcan la efectividad de las acciones antes y después de cualquier implementación.
Agile Delivery: Traducir las necesidades de negocio en requisitos para su implementación en el ciclo IT y de cambio. Priorizar en función de la entrega de valor para la clientela en ciclos cortos, definiendo un primer MVP y mejorándolo con el feedback recogido. Buscar la eficiencia, reducir la complejidad en las definiciones y perseguir soluciones innovadoras. Gestionar dependencias, riesgos no financieros e impedimentos.
La capacidad de integrar herramientas de IA en el trabajo diario para mejorar la eficiencia y la escalabilidad.

Trayectoria demostrada y habilidades técnicas
  • Titulación universitaria;
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional en brokerage desde el lado operativo;
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de office, principalmente Excel y Power Point;
  • Sólido dominio del inglés escrito y hablado;
  • Algo de experiencia en el contexto regulatorio relacionado con brokerage.
