Essential Job Functions:
- Work in cloud-native solutions.
- Develop Azure Native services.
- Design microservices-based modular architectures.
- Build API-driven microservices.
- Participate in continuous release and improvement cycles via Agile.
- Implement event-driven architectures.
- Handle containerized workloads.
- Work with serverless architectures.
- Design purposed databases.
- Build Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) based on SPA and microfrontends.
- Provide 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure seamless operations across applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components.
- Build and set up new development tools, infrastructure, and networking.
- Maintain and deploy cloud applications.
- Develop and configure infrastructure and configuration as code using Ansible and Terraform.
- Administer Dev, Test & Production environments on Windows, Linux, and Unix servers.
- Understand load balancing and CDN options from multiple cloud vendors (e.g., Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway).
- Install and configure MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and other databases.
- Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats.
- Identify and fix technical problems and install software updates and patches.
- Install and maintain a logging cluster using Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana for centralized log parsing.
- Identify and resolve issues involving APIs, application services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, microservices, containers, Kubernetes nodes, ICP management, middleware, network, security, and infrastructure.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support levels.
- Perform initial analysis on incidents.
- Manage application identity and enable cloud elasticity through auto-scaling.
- Ensure disaster recovery (DR) and manual redundancy failover capabilities.
- Provide regular service management reports to clients.
- Follow ITIL processes and integrated service level management.
- Deep experience developing rich UI applications based on SPA or microfrontends.
- Frameworks: ReactJS, Angular (any version).
- Azure Native services.
- Microservices-based modular designs.
- API-driven microservices.
- Agile methodology.
- Event-driven architectures.
- Containerized workloads.
- Serverless architectures.
- Progressive Web Applications.
