We are looking for an intern for our Customer Success Team, to work as a Customer Onboarding Engineer with our amazing LatAm team in our office in FlorianĂłpolis, Brazil.
 

What will you do?

  • Administrative tasks (equipment manuals, documentation development, among others)

  • Relationship and onboarding of new clients to the Infraspeak platform

  • Support work for Customer Success colleagues

  • Keep learning: constantly acquire new skills and don’t be afraid of trying something new.

Who are we looking for

  • Academic background in Engineer areas: Mechanical, Electrical, and others

  • Great knowledge of English

  • Use Excel like a ninja 🥷🏽

  • Passion for teaching, and a positive attitude toward issues and challenges

  • Energy and enthusiasm for working with clients

  • Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality

  • Availability to regularly travels

  • Be a team member.
