About the Role:

We are seeking an experiencedInformatica Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes that enable efficient data integration across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inInformatica PowerCenter,ETL development, anddata warehousing concepts. You will collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to ensure high-quality data delivery and reliable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implementETL workflows and mappings usingInformatica PowerCenter (or Informatica Cloud / IICS).

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design documents.

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various source systems (databases, flat files, APIs, etc.).

• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Work with data architects to ensure alignment with data models and integration architecture.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality or performance issues in ETL processes.

• Conduct unit testing and support system/integration testing.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all ETL jobs and workflows.

• Collaborate with BI, analytics, and database teams to support business reporting needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience inInformatica PowerCenter (or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).

• Strong knowledge ofSQL and experience with relational databases such asOracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

• Solid understanding ofETL concepts,data warehousing, anddata modeling (Star/Snowflake schema).

• Experience inperformance tuning anddebugging of Informatica mappings and sessions.

• Familiarity withjob scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience withcloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge ofInformatica Cloud (IICS),Data Quality (IDQ), orMDM.

• Exposure toPython,Unix scripting, orAPI-based integrations.

• Understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
