The AMR Senior Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) business across the ANZ region. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution—owning the end-to-end success of large-scale AMR deployments, from solution scoping and design through implementation, delivery, and go-live.

As a senior leader within the AMR team, you’ll bring deep technical expertise and strong commercial judgment to complex automation projects, working cross-functionally to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for our customers. You’ll also be a key driver of continuous improvement—shaping how we evolve our solutions, refine delivery practices, and grow the AMR business over time.
What a day in the life looks like:
Pre-sales activities including all elements of scoping, planning, and delivering product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s technical requirements and audience Â
Build POC’s and technical documents to demonstrate the art of what’s possible and align this with the client’s business and technical objectivesÂ
Lead the development of project planning, estimates, and contribute to defining project timelines, project plans and milestones. Â
Being a contact for the client, partners, and our team during Implementation & Delivery phases in a SME capacityÂ
Review and maintain all aspects of project deployment to ensure compliance and OH&S standards are maintained Â
Understand the opportunities and client expectations in building out an ongoing Support & Maintenance Model post-delivery phases Â
Creatively collaborate and deliver on constant growth and innovation – we are always looking for ways to be more sustainable!Â
Conduct and actively participate in Project Reviews to ensure continuous improvement is always embedded within our people, our culture and our projects and our deliverablesÂ
Serve as a trusted escalation point and approachable point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders
Provide guidance, instructions, and leadership on the work of other team members in our AMR group, including review of high-level designs, test plans, results, and reviewsÂ
Providing opportunity for growth, development, and career progression within the AMR team and continuously contribute to knowledge sharing and transferÂ
What you bring to the team:
Substantial & successful operational experience within the warehousing industryÂ
Knowledge & experience to warehouse automation systems Â
Experience and ability to successfully design automated and manual DC processes and how they integrateÂ
Proficient in AUTOCAD and similar design softwareÂ
Serve as a functional and operational expert able to understand, interpret and analyse data, developing a deep understanding of our client’s DC/Warehouse operations and provide expertise on how best to integrate and implement our products and solutionsÂ
