Our clients are ambitious, complex organizations that need to engage with sophisticated audiences. We provide the experience, skills and insight to drive brands forward and, in special situations, to deploy strategies to defend clients from reputational risk.
We serve knowledge-intensive firms, with a focus on the legal and financial services sectors. Some of the world’s largest, most profitable and most specialized law firms and financial services firms look to us for a nuanced understanding of their businesses, a clear sense of the kinds of stories that make news, and tested knowledge of when and how to engage the media.
Our unwavering client focus sets us apart and our approach and success earns accolades from our clients and peers. We are consistently named among PR News’ “Agency Elite” and “Top Places to Work in PR” and have been recognized as the “Best PR Firm” by the National Law Journal seven times.
What we’re looking for
A talent acquisition partner to own our recruiting end to end: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer through close. We have several active searches and are looking for someone to learn the roles and run with them.
Experience recruiting in legal, financial, and/or professional services public relations, communications, or agency environments is a real plus. We also know that background is not always easy to find, and we would be glad to hear from strong full-cycle recruiters coming from adjacent work.
We are looking for someone who can start soon and commit consistent weekly hours so searches keep their momentum.
What you’d do
- Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to define role requirements, must-haves, target profiles, and what a strong candidate looks like in an agency context.
- Source proactively through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates thoroughly and consistently, assessing both capability and fit, and present well-organized shortlists with clear rationale.
- Coordinate and run interviews; manage scheduling, keep the process moving, and ensure hiring managers have what they need to make decisions.
- Manage candidates through offer, negotiation, and close; keep communication timely and professional at every stage.
- Maintain accurate, current pipeline data in the applicant tracking system and keep hiring managers updated on status, activity, and next steps.
- Provide a candidate experience that reflects well on the agency, including prompt communication with candidates who are not moving forward.
- Flag process friction where you see it and suggest practical fixes to intake, sourcing, or interview workflow as you go.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Infinite’s values (integrity, agility, compassion, and courage).
Why we want you
- You likely have somewhere in the range of five to ten years of full-cycle recruiting experience, though we are more interested in what you can run independently than in a number. If you can own a search from intake through close, we want to hear from you.
- You have recruited in public relations, communications, marketing, or agency environments.
- You have sharp instincts for talent and can assess candidate quality quickly, including for roles you have not recruited before.
- You are available to start immediately and can commit consistent weekly hours to keep searches moving.
- You are comfortable working independently and setting your own rhythm.
- You are organized and disciplined about pipeline hygiene, documentation, and follow-through.
- You are a strong communicator who represents an employer brand credibly in every candidate interaction, from first outreach to offer.
- You are comfortable with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar, and with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
What we offer
- A competitive hourly rate of $50 to $65, commensurate with experience.
- Immediate, high-impact work on active searches that matter to the business.
- Direct access to hiring managers and agency leadership, with short decision cycles.
- A friendly, collaborative team that values initiative and moves quickly.
The hourly rate for this freelance engagement is $50 to $65. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and scope of engagement. This is an independent contractor role and is not eligible for Infinite Global employee benefits.
