We are looking for an experiencedSales Managerto lead revenue growth, manage and develop the sales team, and expand our global customer base. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales leadership in a fast-growing tech environment.

Mission:
Drive scalable revenue growth across the European market. Support x3 business growth.

Key Responsibilities

*Outbound B2B Sales – Prospect and close high-ticket (€5K–€100K+) deals in web scraping, custom data extraction, and proxy solutions.

*Lead Generation – Actively hunt leads (CTOs, Product Managers, Data Engineers) via cold outreach (email/LinkedIn) and and conferences.

*Full-Cycle Sales – Manage pipeline (CRM), conduct demos, negotiate, and close deals.

*Market Expertise – Deep understanding of the European data/proxy/scraping market.

* Strictly from our niche — Proxy/Scraping tech only.

* Strong expertise and proven track record in outbound B2B tech/SaaS sales (high-ticket deals).

* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).

* Cold outreach mastery — LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io).

* Tech-savvy sales — ability to explain proxies/APIs/data extraction value.

* Pipeline management — prioritization, follow-ups, and closing.

* Empathy + grit — listen, adapt, and persist without being pushy.

* Native English.

* High-commission potential (uncapped): base salary + % of the deal.

* Ownership and development of a scalable Sales function and high-performing teams.

* Flexibility — fully remote, work in your timezone.

* Expansion in Europe — a key strategic market for Infatica.
