Join our retail team of chocolate ambassadors who strive to provide the best consumer experience in our Lindt Chocolate Shops. We are currently recruiting for a Stock Associate to join our retail team at ourDeerfoot Meadows Location.
Your availability: 20h per week, Day Time Availability (Mandatory)
Key responsibilities:
- Receiving Shipments
- Preparing transfers
- Keeping the stock room clean and tidy
- Ensuring Salesfloor is fully stocked
- Helping associates retrieve merchandise from the stock floor
- Act as a brand ambassador for our products
- Act as a team member to achieve sales targets and goals
- Support with cash handling and inventory duties including restock of products
- Assist with corporate gifting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in retail sales
- Experience in retail inventory management
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
- Demonstrated work experience as a retail sales associate, sales representative or similar role.
- Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, customer service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints in a timely manner.
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Must be bilingual
