Incident Management & Prevention Analyst

Location: Universal City, CA |Duration: 6+ Months

Role Summary:
Supportfraud prevention and identity verification by conducting video-based identity verification, reviewing evidence/documents, identifying potential incidents, and partnering with AP, AR, Cybersecurity, and other teams. Support reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conductvideo identity verification calls and validate supporting documentation.
• Investigate potential fraud/incidents, gather evidence, and document findings.
• Follow and improve identity verification processes and procedures.
• Maintain data and reporting usingPower BI, Excel, and analytics tools.
• Collaborate withAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cybersecurity, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify process gaps and support automation/fraud detection improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field/equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of fraud prevention, identity verification, or related experience.
• Video-based identity verification experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, investigative, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience withPower BI and Excel.
• Ability to gather evidence, identify issues, and independently manage priorities.

Preferred:

• Fraud detection/automation tools experience.
• Fluent inSpanish, Italian, German, or French.
• CFE, CFCS, or CFF certification.
