What You’ll Build: 

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process 

• Generate and manage a pipeline of clients using company-provided leads and personal prospecting 

• Promote listings and personal brand with support from a dedicated marketing team 

• Utilize online transaction management tools to streamline deals 

• Collaborate with contract-to-close coordinators and settlement support staff 

• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

Your Foundation: 

• Active Pennsylvania real estate license (required) 

• 1+ year of sales experience (preferred) 

• Based in or willing to relocate to York or Camp Hill, PA 

• Strong communication and client relationship skills 

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible, independent schedule
