  We are looking for a Software Dev Engr Sr/II who have: 

• Proven experience designing and building complex solutions usingAI Agents, GenAI, MCP and related AI techniques.

• Ability tounderstand the AI solution or project needs withCSG Product context

• Design AI solutions keeping in mindcost, performance and accuracy needs of the AI solution

• Ability to helpintegrate AI solutions into CSG Products

• Experience inCI/CD DevOps practices

• Ability to assist development efforts in different products across CSG which might require knowledge inmultiple different technology stacks

• Experience infull stack development from user interfaces to server to databases

• Ability to work effectively withAPI and API Standards

• Demonstrated experience in developing inAWS Cloud environments

• Ability toarchitect and design complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Demonstrated experiencementoring and guiding junior developers, including code reviews and technical coaching.

• Capability toanalyse, optimize, and troubleshoot code and system performance independently across services and components.

• Strong expertise in multiple programming languages anddeep knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices, enabling high-quality, production-grade solutions.

• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development, includingAI coding techniques and tools such asCursor and Glean, as part of day-to-day development activities.
