Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Identify trends and escalate recurring problems to relevant departments for long-term solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals and performance targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to ensure accurate information delivery.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role, ideally within Customer Support Services.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
• Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
