Project Overview

In this role, you will support a cutting-edge project focused on data-driven applications and scalable architecture. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced product and development team dedicated to building and maintaining robust fullstack solutions. The project involves managing complex data pipelines and creating intuitive user interfaces that drive business intelligence. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between data orchestration and front-end excellence, ensuring high performance and reliability across the entire stack.

Key Responsibilities

Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React for the frontend and Python for the backend.
Data Orchestration: Build and manage efficient data workflows and pipelines usingAirflow hosted onKubernetes clusters.
Database Management: Architect and optimize complexSQL queries and schemas to ensure data integrity and application performance.
System Integration: Develop secure APIs and integrate various third-party services to enhance platform capabilities.
Agile Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical deliverables.
Best Practices: Lead code reviews, implement unit testing, and maintain high standards for documentation and CI/CD processes.

Must-Have Skills

Backend Expertise: Senior-level proficiency inPython (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
Frontend Excellence: Strong experience building modern, responsive interfaces withReact.
Data Pipelines: Proven experience withAirflow, specifically withinKubernetes environments.
Database Mastery: Advanced knowledge ofSQL for complex data manipulation and optimization.
Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile and remote teams with a focus on iterative delivery.
Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily technical collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Ad-Tech Knowledge: Experience with advertising platforms, RTB, or marketing data analytics.
AI-Sidekicks: Familiarity with integrating AI assistants, LLMs, or agentic workflows into applications.
DevOps Exposure: Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes management.

Time Zone & Collaboration

This role is100% remote from LATAM and requires consistent overlap with teams inPacific Time (PT). Flexibility is expected to accommodate key ceremonies, stand-ups, and collaborative sessions within West Coast business hours.
