Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking compassionate and motivated Therapist Associates who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare in historically underserved communities.
Our practice serves children, adolescents, adults, families, veterans, and professionals through evidence-based, culturally responsive care.
We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience working with African American, Afro-Caribbean, African immigrant, and other culturally diverse communities, and who understand the importance of delivering culturally informed behavioral healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy under approved clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, psychologists, and care coordinators.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in eClinicalWorks.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case consultations and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Texas LPC Associate, LMFT Associate, or LMSW.
- Passion for serving culturally diverse and underserved populations.
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and family-related concerns.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
