What You'll Do

The primary location for this role is remote in Baton Rouge, LA but will entail frequent (up to 50%) travel throughout the state. Expected schedule requirements are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT with some weekends for conferences and/or events. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred for this role but not required.Â
As a Provider EngagementSpecialist III (PES) you will work collaboratively with providers in markets where Imagine Pediatrics is contracted to further our mission of increasing safe days at home by delivering care for medically complex children.As part of the Network Development team, you will develop and managepositive, long-term relationships withphysicians and groups serving specialty populations.You will serve as an ambassador andrepresentative of Imagine Pediatrics in yourterritorywith the goal ofenrollingeligible patients and their families in Imagine Pediatrics' app-based care model. In addition, you will: Â
- Manage providerrelationships and driveengagement withinyour assignedterritory or specific marketand/or focus ona specialized population.
- Executestrategicinitiatives, including supporting providers,coordinating events, and addressing day-to-day operational needs and decisions.
- Actas the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations inyourterritory.
- Provide input oncentral engagementstrategiesfrom on-the-ground experience.
- Independently handle day-to-day challengesand decision-makingandwork with the Director on broader, systematic challenges.Â
- Work closely with providers, care teams, and local community organizations to drive brand recognition.Â
- Identifyadditional engagement opportunities by independently pullingdata from Tableau to share with PCPs.Â
- Mentor and supportnew andassociate-level team membersÂ
- Meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets 
- Travel within territory as well as within market forteam member support andrelationship builds. Travelexpected75% of the time.
- Independently develop andmaintainrelationships with health plans Â
What You Bring & How You QualifyÂ
First and foremost,you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care andsupport they deserve.
- Dynamic personality and a knack for developing good interpersonal relationships   
- Comfort with scientific terminology and ability to seamlessly move through various medical environments, such as hospitals, doctors'offices and pharmacies. 
- Familiarity with several types of providers (e.g., Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners); pediatrics preferred, but notrequired 
- 6+years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or market development in a medical or healthcare field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointrequired;proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred
- Access to reliable transportation Â

The role offers a base salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 in addition to a quarterly bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.Â
