Customer Service Representative (French)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard aFrench speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Braga, Portugal

Work model: on-site, 100%

Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer requests by phone related to existing credit products and new financing projects

• Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions understand expectations reassure customers and propose suitable financing solutions

• Build and maintain long-term high-quality customer relationships within a relational excellence framework

• Optimize each interaction both inbound and outbound by identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities

• Manage assigned customer files in line with internal procedures security standards and compliance requirements demonstrating rigor and integrity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent inFrench both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset

• Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment preferred

• Product or technical support experience considered an advantage

• Interest in or basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging and sustainable energy solutions

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues

• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 07:00PM (Rotational shifts). Saturday: 08:00 AM - 03:00 PM. 2 days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day.
