Customer Support Representative (Polish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard aPolish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their teams inLisbon. The employee would support customers of an airline company.

Position: Customer Support Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers through phone, chat and email

• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues

• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information

• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Polish both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level)

• Passionate about customers and customer service

• Problem-solving skills

• Upbeat and positive attitude

• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity

• Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday to Sunday).
