What you'll do...
Role summary:As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and market insight, strong stakeholder collaboration, and expertise in product vision, roadmaps, and data-driven decision-making. You will influence technical direction, identify innovation opportunities, and mentor peers to elevate product management practices. Your leadership will ensure alignment with business goals while delivering impactful solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
About the team:
Our team enhances transportation capabilities by developing advanced optimization and visibility solutions. We collaborate across business, operations, engineering, and data science to create high-performance algorithms for freight consolidation and dynamic routing, improving capacity and efficiency. We build an integrated platform combining multi-channel telematics to provide end-to-end visibility, predictive insights, and real-time alerts. Central to our work is a horizontal transportation AI tool that contextualizes data, anticipates risks, and recommends optimal actions. This innovative approach drives operational excellence within complex logistics environments.
What you'll do:
- Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization.
- Build deep understanding of customer and business needs using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms.
- Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to manage risk, dependencies, and priorities.
- Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product direction.
- Identify emerging technology opportunities and influence technical strategy without direct authority.
- Mentor product managers to elevate product discipline and ensure rigorous launch readiness.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or related products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions.
- Deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and operational data analysis.
- Ability to define clear product vision, KPIs, and trade-offs aligned with business outcomes.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in product innovation.
- Demonstrated mentorship capabilities for developing less experienced product managers.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
