P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. IT Services spans a wide range of activities, including software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, technical support, access governance, infrastructure management, and the procurement and maintenance of equipment and software. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Build applicationprototypes and solutions that align with businessobjectives,leveragingagentic and robotic process automation, document extraction,LLM and other tools thatfacilitate organizationalbusiness process automation and personal productivity. 

• Write robust documentation, technical requirements, tests, and agile artifacts tofacilitate knowledge transfer and clear scoping for new implementations.    

• Demonstrates flexibility in self-enabling and learningnew technologiesadjacent to automation toolsets, including data transformation, analytics, and reporting to build more robust end-to-end solutions. 

• Strongbusinessanalysis skills, understanding of businessobjectives, detailed requirements andrequirements elicitation and documentation to facilitate LLM development andtesting. 

Job Requirements: 

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalenteducation inexperience. 

• Experience:Generally, a minimum of2-3 years of experience in software engineering and/or application engineering.Experiencein architecture design and deployment, system lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.  

Scope of Job/Qualifications:  

• Strong knowledge and development in Agile SDLC. 

• Traditional full-stack development experience; Node.js,Python, Java preferred. 

• Exhibits expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. 

• Knowledge of Low Code/No Code (LCNC) platforms and robotics process automationis recommended.
