The Senior Director of Demand Gen for North Europe is the regional marketing leader responsible for driving revenue-contributing pipeline across the Nordic countries. This individual is the primary marketing business partner to the North Europe MDs, CDs and Heads of Sales and aligns the full marketing mix to CRO priorities.
- Own regional demand generation strategy and pipeline contribution targets aligned to regional revenue goals
- Lead a team of marketers + BDR Director & BD team covering Net New, Install Base, Channel, and ABM motions
- Co-define quarterly territory plans with sales leadership; present marketing ROI in CRO QBRs
- Oversee IFS Connect events, partner marketing programmes, and ABM/AI campaign execution
- Manage regional marketing budget with full accountability
- 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing, ideally within enterprise software or SaaSÂ
- Proven track record of delivering significant pipeline growth across multiple European marketsÂ
- Strong experience in both net new acquisition and install base marketingÂ
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise buying groupsÂ
