We are looking for a talentedLead Software Engineer to join ourPlatform -Technology team and take a leading role in the design and implementation of cloud-based automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong leadership mindset, solid operational experience, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and extending existing solutions while driving improvements in software engineering practices across the team.

In this role, you will also lead the evolution of ourCI/CD platforms by leveraging automation, adopting the right tools and processes, and introducing industry best practices to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability. We are particularly interested in candidates who embrace modernAI-driven engineering practices, includingagentic AI approaches, to help build more intelligent automation, optimize developer workflows, and support the delivery of enterprise-grade platform capabilities.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience withGo
• Experience withKafka / Redpanda
• Experience withPostgreSQL andMongoDB
• Experience building and operatingmicroservices-based systems on Kubernetes
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience inagentic AI development using tools such asCursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity withagentic AI workflows, including orchestratingLLMs andAI agents to deliverenterprise-grade applications
• Experience withSpec-Driven Development (SDD); exposure to methodologies such asBMAD is considered beneficial
• Frontend development experience withReact would be beneficial.

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology along with minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills along with an innovative mindset.
