The role ishybrid model combining office & remote work. You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems. You will be responsible for ensuring global six-sigma raw material availability to deliver 98% on-time performance to customers via operational buying, continuous improvement, and vendor management.
Regional Supply Chain Planner – Raw Materials
📍Location: 6th of October City, Cairo, Egypt
The points on which you will make the difference
- Ensureglobal six-sigma raw material availability, supporting a98% on-time delivery performance to customers
- Managedaily demand from manufacturing plants and execute operational purchasing to maintain stock levels
- Monitor inbound deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and proactively resolveraw material shortages
- Collaborate withlocal supply chain planners and site managers to ensure aligned and efficient planning processes
- Partner withprocurement and vendors to improve delivery performance and enhance collaboration
- Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives related to inventory optimization, including reduction of slow-moving and obsolete stock
- Actively contribute tocross-functional projects as the key contact for Taste raw material planning
Why you are the right candidate
- Bachelor’s degree inSupply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum4 years of experience in planning or operational buying
- Strong knowledge ofMRP systems (e.g., SAP MRP) and supply chain processes
- Proven ability to work in aninternational, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent inEnglish (written and spoken)
- Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills
- Strongcommunication and stakeholder management abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with experience understandingend-to-end requirements
