Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and self-motivatedTeam Leader for EU Projects (Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF, etc) to become part of our dynamic team in Athens.
Your role & responsibilities:
1. Team coordination and leadership
- Task allocation and scheduling
- Performance monitoring
- Training and mentoring
- Cross-departmental coordination
- Troubleshooting
2. Project planning and implementation
- Project supervision: oversee the initiation and management of multiple EU funded projects (Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF, Horizon, etc).
- Contractualisation: lead the contractualisation phase for new projects
- Monitoring and reporting: support PMs to prepare periodic and final reports in SYGMA/Funding & Tenders Portal
3. Communication and stakeholder management
- Liaison role
- Steering committee participation
- Work package leadership
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Academic background with a Bachelor or/and a Master’s degree (preferably in Social Sciences)
- At least 5-8 years of project management experience in EU Projects
- Administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Responsibility, consistency, and adherence to strict deadlines
- Travel availability (Schengen and non-Schengen)

- Technical proficiency: advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (e.g., ASANA, Basecamp, Gantt charts), and online collaboration platforms.
- Language skills: excellent English (written and spoken). Knowledge of a second language (desirable).
- Experience working in multi partner consortia and multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with EC portals (e.g., Funding & Tenders Portal, SYGMA, Participant Portal) and electronic signature procedures for Grant Agreements.
