Job Description

We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the President of Legal Professionals during a period of rapid product and market change. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for an operator who can move between strategy and execution without losing speed in either direction.

The Chief of Staff makes the President and the leadership team more focused and more effective. That means driving the strategic agenda, running the operating rhythm that keeps the business aligned, and staying close enough to every partner function to represent the President’s priorities accurately for executive, board, and customer audiences. This is not a role built around managing a calendar. It's built around making sure the right things get decided, communicated, and followed through on.

  • Enablement and Follow-Through: Own preparation and follow-up for board, customer, partner, and internal leadership meetings. Track action items to completion, especially with critical partners and customers.

  • Trusted Strategic Partner: Act as a sounding board for the President. Anticipate needs, unlock decisions, and push back with informed perspective when it's warranted.

  • Data and Decision Support:Interpret the metrics that matter to the business, rather than relying solely on qualitative synthesis from others. Bring structured, evidence-based thinking to ambiguous problems.

  • Meeting and Travel Participation:Accompany the President on major trips and high-priority meetings. Capture decisions, drive alignment, and track next steps to closure.

  • Organizational Intelligence:Build trusted relationships across the organization. Surface risks and opportunities early, and create feedback loops that support good decision-making and healthy culture.

  • Communications and Content:Partner with communications, investor relations, and PR to shape the President's messaging. Own the agenda and materials for leadership and segment meetings.

  • Team Building: As the role and its scope grow, help identify, hire, and onboard additional talent to support the President's office.
