Job Description:

RoadieXD is scaling a fast-growing same-day delivery network for large, heavy, and bulky goods.

As Vice President, RoadieXD Operations & Engineering, you will lead the evolution of a nationwide cross-dock and sortation network with 50+ locations and continued significant growth ahead. You will combine operational leadership, engineering expertise, and supply chain experience to build a scalable operating model that improves service, efficiency, quality, and capacity.

This is a build-and-scale role. You will help transform an emerging operation into a repeatable, high-performing national network while preserving the speed and entrepreneurial culture that make Roadie unique.

What You’ll Do

• Lead operational strategy and execution across RoadieXD’s nationwide cross-dock and sortation network.

• Design and scale operating models that support rapid growth in volume, customers, and network complexity.

• Reengineer processes including induction, sortation, route build, dispatch readiness, and related workflows.

• Establish KPIs, operating standards, and management routines that drive service, productivity, quality, and efficiency.

• Identify operational constraints and implement scalable engineering and process solutions.

• Partner with third-party logistics providers and cross-functional UPS and Roadie teams to ensure consistent execution.

• Support the launch and optimization of new sites and capabilities across the network.

• Lead through influence, collaboration, and servant leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant leadership experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, fulfillment, distribution, or a related environment.

• Demonstrated experience in final-mile or last-mile delivery.

• Strong expertise in supply chain management, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proven success designing, launching, transforming, or scaling complex operations or multi-site networks.

• Experience building operational KPIs, standards, and performance-management systems.

• Experience working with third-party logistics providers or outsourced operations.

• Fulfillment, cross-dock, sortation, distribution center, or e-commerce operations experience strongly preferred.

• Strong executive communication, influencing, and change-leadership skills.

• Ability to adapt across entrepreneurial, corporate, and third-party operating environments.

• Flexible U.S. location; Atlanta preferred but not required.

• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the U.S., up to 80%.
