Education and Work Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user interfaces for complex systems.

• Demonstrated experience designing mobile applications or mobile-first experiences for iOS and/or Android, including responsive layouts, touch interactions, navigation patterns, and platform conventions.

• A portfolio that includes mobile app design work, interactive prototypes, and examples of user-centered design decisions.

• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.

• Experience in designing for operations delivery, procurement, financial management, and enterprise applications.

• A bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform design.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Technical Knowledge

• Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.

• Demonstrated product or platform governance knowledge and best practices

• Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, DevOps. CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) and testing/quality assurance.

• Strong knowledge on Citizen Development Program and/or related initiatives

• Strong knowledge on Microsoft Technology Stack products such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot, and other emerging technologies like Process Mining Tool and GenAI

• Strong knowledge on ServiceNow Platform and employee center products

💼 How can you contribute to the team?

The Senior UI/UX Designer will focus on enhancing the overall user experience and interface across the project. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and designing interfaces that are both functional and visually engaging. Key activities include:

• Conduct user research and gather insights through usability testing

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.

• Design responsive web and mobile app experiences across relevant devices, platforms, screen sizes, and interaction patterns.

• Work with project stakeholders to align designs with project objectives.

• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and specifications.

• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and the overall user experience.

• Ensure designs are responsive, adaptable, and consistent across web and mobile platforms.

Detailed Tasks/Expected

1. Output User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct thorough user research to understand the end-users' needs, preferences, and pain points across web and mobile contexts

• Analyze user feedback to make data-driven design decisions.

1. Wireframing & Prototyping:

• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to communicate design concepts.

• Create mobile-first and responsive prototypes where applicable.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability tests.

1. UI/UX Design:

• Create high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to client’s branding and design guidelines.

• Design intuitive and visually consistent web and mobile interfaces.

• Apply platform-appropriate mobile design patterns while maintaining a cohesive cross-platform experience.

1. Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and other stakeholders) to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals.

• Present designs and prototypes for stakeholder review and approval.

1. Usability Testing & Feedback Integration:

• Conduct usability testing on the designs and prototypes to identify areas for improvement. • Integrate feedback to refine designs and ensure a user-friendly interface.

1. Documentation & Handoff:

• Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, style guides, and user flows, to support a smooth handoff to development teams.

• Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase to address any design-related issues.

Deliverables:

• Comprehensive user research reports with insights and analysis.

• Wireframes and interactive prototypes for M3, M5, M6, and EA Portal.

• High-fidelity UI designs for the modules.

• Usability testing reports and integration of feedback into final designs.

• Detailed design documentation and style guides.

• Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement

• RTO 3x, WFH 2x a week

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
