Provide flexible support across the Experience Marketing & Events team based on event volume, business priorities, and evolving needs.
Manage operational and financial processes including purchase orders, invoices, budget tracking, reconciliation, vendor documentation, and event reporting.
Maintain project plans, event calendars, trackers, shared resources, templates, documentation, and other team tools.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements, communicate expectations, and ensure deadlines are met.
Support onsite event execution and attendee experience as needed.
Assist with post-event reporting, measurement, debriefs, and identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
Use approved AI, automation, and digital tools to improve productivity, streamline repetitive work, support analysis and content development, and strengthen team processes.

Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership of both event execution and operational responsibilities.
Experience with event budgets, invoicing, purchase orders, vendor management, or related financial processes preferred.
