Weaccomplishthisby:

• Building lasting client relationships grounded in client-first stewardship and integrity
• Creating customized wealth plans aligned with each client's values, aspirations, and financial objectives
• Helping clients strategically build, preserve, manage, and transition their wealth across generations
• Leveraging global resources, multidisciplinary expertise, and advanced financial planning tools
• Offering comprehensive solutions spanning investments, advisory programs, lending, insurance, and fiduciary services

Overtheten-weeksummerprogram,participantswillhavetheopportunityto:

Gainhands-onexperience:Workalongsidehigh-performingteamsinyourassignedbusinessarea,gainingpracticalexposuretowealthadvisory,portfoliomanagement,financialplanning,operations,compliance,orclientservices.Youwilldevelopanalyticalcapabilitiesandprofessionalcommunicationskillsthroughactiveinvolvementinday-to-dayprojectsandclient-focusedinitiatives.

LearnfromRBCleadership:Participateinvirtualandin-personspeakerseriesfeaturingRBCexecutiveswhoshareinsightsoncareerdevelopment,industrytrends,andpathwaystosuccessinwealthmanagement.

Buildyourprofessionalnetwork:Engagewithfellowsummerinternsandfull-timeteammembersthroughnetworkingeventsandcommunityinvolvementopportunities,creatingmeaningfulconnectionsandexpandingyourprofessionalcircle.

MultipleinternpositionsareavailableacrossRBCWealthManagement'sbusinesses,offeringhands-onexperienceinwealthadvisory,investmentmanagement,financialanalysis,estateandtrustservices,businessoperations,andstrategicprojectsinbothclient-facingandoperationalenvironments.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field

• Graduating December 2027 or Spring 2028

• Basic market knowledge and a demonstrated keen interest in the financial markets

• Strong analytical and personal skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, business sense and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in high pressure environments

• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas recommended: Customer Service, Accounting, Financial Planning/Analysis, Data Entry

The good-faith expected salary for the above position is $20-25/hr depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This position is non-exempt and paid at the equivalent hourly rate.
