Manager, Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability - Türkiye

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking aManager, Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainabilityto support the execution of communications, public affairs, and sustainability initiatives across the Turkiye Franchise. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent project management skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to translate business priorities into effective communication activities.

What You'll Do for Us

• Support the execution of Strategic Communications, and Sustainability initiatives in Turkiye.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal and external communication plans aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution of key communications activities, including leadership communications, employee communications, and external communications.
• Develop clear and engaging communication materials, presentations, talking points, newsletters, and content for various channels.
• Partner with functional teams to support communication planning and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor media coverage, stakeholder sentiment, and emerging issues, providing timely updates and recommendations.
• Support issues and crisis communication preparedness activities, including content development and coordination.
• Contribute ideas and best practices to enhance communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
• Gather and analyze communication metrics and stakeholder feedback to inform future activities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of messaging and business priorities.
• Coordinate with agency partners and vendors to support effective delivery of communications initiatives.
• Support Public Affairs and Government Relations activities through stakeholder mapping, research, and engagement preparation.
• Collaborate with central Sustainability team and contribute to Sustainability initiatives through project coordination, content development, and communication support.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the PACS team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, or related disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Experience developing communication materials for multiple audiences and channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with media relations, stakeholder engagement, public policy, sustainability, or government affairs is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
