•Required Skills Qualifications Strong experience in IBM BAW or IBM BPM development.

•Strong understanding of workflow modeling, human tasks, and system integration.

•Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and RESTful services.

•Familiarity with DevOps tools and CICD pipelines.
