Job Title: Senior Associate – Scrum Master (Financial Services)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamicSenior Associate – Scrum Master with3–5 years of experience, preferably in theFinancial Services domain, to lead Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, facilitating Agile practices, enabling team productivity, and ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• FacilitateAgile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor the team onAgile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices
• Act as aservant leader, enabling the team to become self-organized and high-performing
• Identify andremove impediments/blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
• Collaborate withProduct Owners and stakeholders to support backlog refinement and prioritization
• Ensure adherence toSDLC, Agile governance, and compliance processes
• Track and communicateteam progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
• Foster a collaborative andcontinuous improvement culture within the team
• Protect the team from external interruptions and ensure focus during sprint cycles

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience inScrum Master / Agile delivery role
• Strong understanding of:
  • Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies
  • Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
  • Managing Agile tools such asJIRA / Confluence / RTC
• Strong knowledge ofmetrics tracking (velocity, burndown, etc.)
• Exposure tofinancial services domain (preferred)

• Ability to work in acollaborative, cross-functional team environment
• High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile setup

Good to Have

• Experience inETF / Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain
• Certification such asCertified Scrum Master (CSM) / PSM
• Exposure toScaled Agile (SAFe) / Kanban frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Candidate should demonstrateservant leadership mindset and coaching ability
• Strong focus ondriving Agile maturity within teams and organization
