Job Overview

As anAnalyst in Research Consulting you will play a crucial role insupporting research projects andproviding insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and develop data reports and contribute to the advancement of healthcare solutions.

This position is a hybridrolebased in Zagreb and is offered on a12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in thedesign and implementationof research methodologies and research materials.

• Manage vendorsandproject documentation.

• Performdesk researchandopen-ended coding.

• Assist in data analysis and provide support acrossqualitative and quantitative research projects.

• Helpdevelop reports and presentations based on research findings.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.

• Provide support inclient proposals development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Sociology, Life Sciences Business or Data Analytics.

• 1-2 years of experience in market research or consulting roles, with focus on creating client presentations, proposals and research reports.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

• Advanced Exceland Power Point.

• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in bothEnglish andCroatian.
