About the role:

CLA is looking to hire a Clerical Timekeeper forour on-siteContract Services team inEast Peoria, IL.This role acts as a timekeeper for clients, who reviews time reports, checks the payroll system for irregularities and discrepancies, and assists with creating payroll documents for employees’ pay hours.Not only will you get top-notch training, but you'll also get a chance to work with the best group of people in the industry!

As a Clerical Time Keeper, you will:

• Review time reports for accuracy.
• Check the payroll system for any irregularities and/or discrepancies.
• Assist with creating payroll documents for employees’ pay hours.
• Communicate frequently with supervisors and employees about employee pay hours and resolves discrepancies timely.

Job Requirements

• Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is required.
• Experience with Workday is preferred but not required.

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $15.70 – $26.00
