The Program will providethe overall program support to the program team. S/he will coordinate workshops;meetings travel andlogistics. S/he will also be reviewing andfinalizing project documents and reports and other administrative tasks as needed forREACH Malaria Project. 

The Logistics and Operations Support Officerplans, coordinates, andsupportslogistics andoperationalactivities to ensureeffective delivery oforganizational programs and services.The role oversees transportation, inventory,training coordination,procurement support, and administrative operations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. 

Key Responsibilities 

Logistics Management 

• Work closely with PATH Ethiopia logistic officer on coordinate transportation arrangements for staff, goods, and equipment 

• Work closely withthePATHlogistics officer and drivers toprocess fuel advance requestsand liquidations, ensuringproper logsheets, fuel receipts, and vehicle reports aremaintained. 

• Monitor vehicleutilization, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption. 

• Track and updateprojectstock records and asset registers. 

• Ensuretimely delivery and distribution ofprojectsupplies. 

Operations Support 

• Assist in planning and coordinating operational activities. 

• Support office administration and field implementation sites. 

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and field travel arrangements. 

• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures. 

• Maintainaccurate operational documentation and records. 

Procurement Support 

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations. 

• Prepare purchase requests andpurchase orders. 

• Follow up with vendors to ensuretimely delivery of goods and services. 

• Maintaincompleteprocurement files and supportingdocuments. 

• Compile trainingpayment documents, including support letters, attendance sheets,andregistrationforms. 

• Review purchase requisitions for goods and services,coordinate processing,and follow up on delivery. 

Reporting and Documentation 

• Prepare periodiclogistics and operations reports. 

• Maintain inventory,asset, and vehicle management records. 

• Monitorlogistics performance indicators and recommend improvements. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, ora related field. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience inlogistics,procurement,operations, or supply chain management. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
