We conduct thorough post-AI analysis of the conversations that are deeply customized by our clients. We've also built an AI coach that understand's our clients' businesses and recommends feedback.

Tech stack involved a FastAPI (Python) and a NestJS (TypeScript) backend with PostgreSQL, AWS, and Azure Cloud Infra. Frontend is made with React Next.js.

**About Hyperbound**

Hyperbound (YC S23) is the Revenue Activation Platform, an agentic OS for sales that closes the loop between behavior, coaching, and execution. We're a system that changes what happens next, and we're reshaping the structure of our customers' sales orgs in the process.

As the inventors of AI sales roleplay, we help enterprise sales teams ramp 50% faster by practicing, measuring, and scaling top-performer behaviors. Autodesk, LinkedIn, Bloomberg, Vanta, are just a few of the companies that trust us.

We raised $18.3M total, including a $15M Series A led by Peak XV Partners, and closed $1M+ in new ARR two months in a row. Our team is growing from 15 to 30+ this year, and we ship new features weekly with close feedback loops from customers.

The category is exploding, and we're pouring gas on the fire.

**The Role**

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join your design team and help us define a category-defining product experience. You'll own design for projects spanning our core platform, AI-driven coaching flows, and multi-surface experiences (web app, Chrome extension, analytics, simulations, learning modules). This is a high-craft IC role: you'll work directly with founders, product leaders, and engineers to ship features used by enterprise customers across thousands of calls every week.

**What You'll Do**

* Own the UI/UX design process for your projects, from early discovery to polished execution
* Design interfaces that translate raw transcripts, audio, and AI-generated scoring into clear, trustworthy insights
* Create intuitive flows that help reps retry the exact moments where they struggled, based on AI-identified skill gaps
* Craft interaction patterns for agentic workflows, where AI suggests next actions, auto-generates simulations, or guides coaching
* Balance automation with user control so managers and reps understand why the AI is making certain recommendations
* Bring coherence to complex multi-surface experiences within a single design system
* Conduct user research and usability testing with SDRs, AEs, managers, and enablement leaders to iterate on design solutions

**What You'll Bring**

* Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual craft, and end-to-end product thinking
* 3-5 years of experience as a fast-moving IC, energized by shipping speed
* Excellent with Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and autolayout
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with founders and engineers
* Ability to work in-person in San Francisco, 5 days/week

**Bonus points**

* Experience with AI, SaaS, or sales-related products
* Prior startup, past founder, or high-growth experience
* Familiarity with design systems like Material Design, Shadcn, or Tailwind UI
* Understanding of modern front-end development workflows (React, Tailwind, component-driven development)
