Senior Full-stack AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Full-stack AI engineer with solid-level experience who has worked with Python, Pytorch or Tensorflow. Our team handles multiple projects using cutting-edge models in LLM, NLP, computer vision, among others.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and apply AI/ML to existing systems.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production AI/ML systems.
• Work with data processing, extraction and other tasks in ETL pipelines.
• Support back-end development for AI and data related features.

Must have

• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience building production-grade solutions.
• Strong experience withTransformers, embeddings, LLMs, CNNs, and modern ML architectures.
• Proven experience withLLMs and RAG, including development and optimization of AI-powered applications.
• 3+ years of Python backend development experience.
• Strong experience withNumPy, Pandas, PySpark, or similar data processing tools.
• Experiencedeploying ML models to production using Docker, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
• Experience withSQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• StrongEnglish communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience withMLOps, including model deployment, automated evaluation, monitoring, and model drift detection.
• Experience researching and evaluatingstate-of-the-art AI/ML models.
• Experience withMicrosoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience withAgile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience withAPI development.
• Experience withcloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
