Mid Business Analyst

We are looking for motivatedMid-Level Business Analysts to join our team and contribute to large-scale projects within thebanking sector.

In this role, you will work closely with Business and IT stakeholders across multiple projects, supporting requirements analysis, process improvement, documentation, UAT, and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and documentbusiness and functional requirements
• Prepare and maintainBusiness Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, test scenarios, and process manuals
• Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements
• PerformAs-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, and process modeling
• Create mockups when required to support functional requirements
• Ensure requirements and deliverables are clear, consistent, and traceable
• SupportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business scenario execution
• Work across multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• Collaborate closely withBusiness, IT, development, and testing teams
• Maintain high-quality project and requirements documentation
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and Business Analysis best practices

• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience withrequirements elicitation and documentation
• Experience preparingBRDs, user stories, and business scenarios
• Experience withprocess modeling and gap analysis
• Good understanding ofUAT and testing activities
• Familiarity withAgile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
• Fluency inEnglish

Nice to Have

• Previous experience inbanking or financial services
• Knowledge ofBPMN or similar process-modeling methodologies
• Experience working on banking transformation or technology projects
• Greek language skills
