Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced team dedicated to scaling world-class engineering and IT organizations. In this role, you won't just fill seats; you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, identifying top-tier talent across software engineering, specialized IT infrastructure, and SAP ecosystems. This is a critical position for a recruiter who thrives on the hunt for niche technical talent and understands how to navigate the complexities of the modern tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from initial kickoff to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and headhunting.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define specialized candidate profiles.
  • Conduct rigorous technical screenings to assess both hard skills and cultural alignment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the high standards of the team.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks within the IT, Software Engineering, and SAP sectors.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (Senior level) or 3+ years (Mid-level).
  • Proven track record of hiring across diverse technical domains, including Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack), IT Infrastructure, or ERP systems like SAP.
  • Deep understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, and the nuances of various engineering roles.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-growth, results-oriented environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working in both agency and in-house environments.
  • Established network within the SAP or specialist DevOps communities.
  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting.
