Role purpose
The Sales Specialist is responsible for deliveringprofitable sales growth, market share expansion, and customer development across Western Hungary.
This is ageneralist field sales role, covering all Husqvarna Construction product segments, with strong focus ondealer network development, project sales, and end-user engagement.
Key responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve sales targets acrossmachines, diamond tools, and accessories
Develop and expanddealer, rental, and key account network
Increase number ofactive customers and market penetration
Drive cross-selling across all product groups
2. Project & Key Account Management
Identify and managelarge construction projects and investments
Provide commercial and technical support atconstruction sites
Collaborate with internal teams oncomplex solutions and tenders
3. Product Promotion & Competence Building
Organize and executeproduct demos, open days, and trainings
Increase partner competence in key segments (e.g. surface prep, diamond tools)
Support introduction of new products and campaigns
4. Customer & Partner Management
Build long-term relationships withdealers, rentals, and end-users
Provideconsultative selling and technical advice
Ensure high level ofcustomer satisfaction and loyalty
5. Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurateCRM data and customer records
Manage quotation pipeline and follow-up activities
Monitor and report sales performance and activities
6. Market Intelligence
Conductmarket analysis and competitor tracking
Identify new business opportunities and trends
Key KPIs
Net Sales (total + regional)
Dealer & rental network expansion
Number of active customers
Project conversion rate
Demo/trainings executed
CRM data quality and usage
Required qualifications
Secondary or higher education (technical preferred)
2–5 years sales experience intechnical/B2B environment
Strongsales and negotiation skills
Technical understanding (construction equipment or similar)
Driving license (B)
